LPC54018, JLink, IAR I cannot flash hello_world

I am having trouble to flash hello world onto my target board LPC54018 OM40003.

I am trying to flash the demo application

SDK_2.7.0_LPCXpresso54018\boards\lpcxpresso54018\demo_apps\hello_world\iar\hello_world.eww

using the following toolchain: IAR 8.22.1.15700 and CMSIS DAP with the onboard Debug Link and a USB cable connected to the PC. However I cannot flash at all. I get a pop up window with the CMSIS-DAP error message "Fatal error: Probe not found. How can I get this board up and running so that I can work with it? This is already the second board that is not working out of the box.

Regarding your issue, I'd like to suggest you try the following steps to fix the issue.
1. Please assure the hardware setup is correct via referring to the attachment.
2. Update the firmware of the on-board Debug Probe.

I updated according to the attached manual and the system is running again. I will continue to moitor the situation.
