      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, Aravind,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally, the IRC is a circuit which consists of adjustable current source, capacitor and comparator, the current source charges/discharges the capacitor, which make the capacitor voltage rising or falling, the voltage is connected to a comparator, the comparator can output square-wave signal as clock signal. The output current&amp;nbsp; of&amp;nbsp; current source can be adjusted so we can trim the clock frequency.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the circuit is confidential, we have not any documentation open to public.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;XiangJun Rong&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
