I am using LPC824 .MCUXPRESSO IDE . I need to convert axh file to hex file plz give me some assistance from your side . How to convert axh file hex let me know the solution

I think you mean *.axf (and not *.axh)?

You can generate the .hex (Intel Hex) file as part of the build process, see MCUXpresso IDE: S-Record, Intel Hex and Binary Files | MCU on Eclipse
