We have plan to make our new product using LPC546xx.

We want to use external parallel NAND flash to store a lot of sensor data about 128 MB - 1 GB.

According to below discussion, EMC supported LPC can support external parallel NAND flash.

Hi, Isao,

I do not think that the EMC of LPC54xxx supports nand flash, the EMC supports only SDRAM,SRAM,parallel Nor flash,I suggest you use i.mxrt family for example i.mxrt1020/1050, which has SEMC module,can interface with NOR flash, SRAM,SDRAM,Nand flash.
