Remote Firmware update LPC54616 - without HW reconfiguration

Is it possible to update the MCU firmware without any physical reconfiguration of the board.

Can it be accomplished remotely and with what method?

We understand there are USB cable update methodologies which require a jumper reset.

Is there a method which would allow remote update without a Hardware reconfiguration (jumper reset).
