Hello CarlosCasillas,

Thanks for the Input.

But here little bit confusion and not received my answer from the link suggested by you. So need further help from your side. I have Explained the Query as below. Please go through and provide your suggestion.

"I am using LPC2478FBD208,551 in my Product and now I am going to revise the Design. In previously I am using LCD Interface and 1 USB Host Interface and this design work very well. Now in new revision I want to add 1 more USB Host means 1 LCD+ 2 USB Host. The problem is that there are two pins which are shared between USB and LCD interface, Pin#88 (LCDVD[21]/USB_OVRCR1/) and Pin#74 (LCDVD[12]/USB_PWRD1/).

How can I use the 2 USB Host and 1 LCD at same time?"

So Please Guide to me.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Alpesh.

Hello,

I am using LPC2478FBD208,551 in my project. Here I am going to use 2 USB type A and LCD Interface.

For Both the USB Type A i am using USB Over Current Sense IC which send OCE Signal to LPC2478FBD208,551 for both the USB.

Now the Pin#88 is shared between LCDVD14 and USB_OVRCR1.

So my question is How to sense the OVRCR1 pin?

Can I use any GPIO Pin for the same?

Please suggest the Guidance.

Regards,

Alpesh.

Hi Alpesh,
You might add external over-current protection circuitry on USB ports. You could also take a look to the following link:

lpc2000 | LPC2478 with two USB host and LCD?

Hope this will be useful for you.
Best regards!
/Carlos
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: If this post answers your question, please click the Correct Answer button.
