LPC81x UID Register Address

Hello Everyone,

Is there any way in which I can read unique 128-bit ID from the LPC81x directly from a memory register?

My application is using SWD connection for writing/reading the registers and using IAP would make the process much more complex.

I haven't been able to find the address of the UID on the User Manual, examples, or anywhere else.

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
To my knowledge, the UID register address is not public, so IAP command is the best method to read the UID register.

Where can I find this address for LPC802 ?
