topic Where to migrate from LPC2387 if 96 kByte RAM turns insufficent in LPC Microcontrollers

We (my company) are using LPC2387. Everything is fine but we're running out of memory. In detail: RAM. We would need more RAM memory by factor 5 we guess. Which processor out of the current NXP range could be a solution for our needs having in mind of keeping necessary code changes in the SW project as low as possible.
