Can it possible to implement NIST test suit functionality with LPC1788 ?

I want to test TRNG random data generated by FPGA . Data comes from FPGA to LPC1788 through SPI .

Can it possible to implement NIST test suit functionality with LPC1788 ?

I don't have any external PC communication in project, so TRNG data tested by only LPC1788 internally

So please give any suggestion to me regarding to this.

I don't find there with available NIST test suite functionality software code based on LPC family product.

Yes, it should be possible to porting nist test with LPC1788.

Please refer this paper about using NIST test suite for embedded platform.
