    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using&amp;nbsp;LPC11U68 eval board to program and debug a off board target processor (&lt;SPAN&gt;LPC11U68).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The debug session does not start and I get the following errors:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;MCUXpresso IDE RedlinkMulti Driver v10.2 (Jul 25 2018 11:25:37 - crt_emu_cm_redlink build 555)&lt;BR /&gt;Reconnected to existing link server&lt;BR /&gt;Connecting to probe 1 core 0:0 (using server started externally) gave 'Ee(42). Could not connect to core.'&lt;BR /&gt;Connecting to probe 1 core 0:0 (using server started externally) gave 'Ee(42). Could not connect to core.'&lt;BR /&gt;Connecting to probe 1 core 0:0 (using server started externally) gave 'Ee(42). Could not connect to core.'&lt;BR /&gt;Server OK but no connection to probe 1 core 0:0 (after 3 attempts) - Ee(42). Could not connect to core.&lt;BR /&gt;Failed on connect: Ee(42).       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Adam,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks the recommendation.&amp;nbsp; I unchecked&amp;nbsp;"Use enhanced peripheral service" but it did not work for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I noticed that this&amp;nbsp;error occurs when I power the target board from an external&amp;nbsp;power source&amp;nbsp;(not from the development board)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Mohamed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
