Hi,

If you are developing a new application, you may consider a newer option, as the LPC2xxx are now part of the legacy devices. Anyway, in case of requiring external RAM, as the LPC2368 doesn’t have external memory controller, there are some cases where external SRAM can be connected with GPIOs, just considering the address, data pins status/impedances. As it may become slow/difficult, another option could be using an external I2C or SPI RAM, using these peripherals already included on the LPC2368.

Hope this will be useful for you.

Best regards!

/Carlos

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: If this post answers your question, please click the Correct Answer button.
