    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you advise me if you do any packages where i can do a firmware update or download some firmware through the RS232 port on a linux system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been using a product called flash magic but this doesn't seem to friendly with linux.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrew&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
