LPC1830 USB library in ROM License "OSS"?

We are using LPC1830 and use USB Device ROM Stack library for your application.

I know NXP also provide USB stack source code for user.

Does the "USB stack source code" belong to "Open Source Software"?

Or it's only NXP library code which is created by NXP itself?

If I use these usb statck source code or I only use USB Device ROM Stack library, should I claim that my product use it?

LPCUSBlib is a full featured, open-source USB library designed to run on all USB capable LPC microcontrollers from NXP.
