Dear,

Good day.
I'm write the email that get more information about package XSON16.
We are IC programmer manufacturer, and we will support LPC812 with XSON16 for customer in China.
We are finding the socket on it. and the socket manufacturer ask us that he has to know the normal and minimum about the height of IC.
The height is only show maximum is 0.5mm, or let me know the tolerance about height of IC. Thanks.

This is 0.45 to 0.50 mm

0.45 mm is the minimum.
