UART Terminal Problem

Hi,

I am using MCUXpresso IDE and OM13092 Evaluation board. I wanted to see some different examples about using uart and downloaded some application notes and software examples. I wanted to see ADC Sequence example. I run TN00017(would see as attachment) example but could not be successful. Is there anybody could help me ?

I expected to see when I press any key on keyboard as in pdf :

But I saw this one. I am using Teraterm.
