NGX Xplorer LPC1837 - Device could not be Powered Up Issue

I am using the development board- NGX Xplorer LPC1837 on Keil IDE. I have flashed a code with a project having configuration settings of an External Oscillator. I am getting an error - Device could not be powered up. Now this error exists even I try to flash any project, be it blinky or anything. I am even not able to erase the code. Even after changing the Project settings, error still exists. How can I flash on this board now?

Please try flashing one of the projects from the LPCOpen package for the LPC1837 MCUs.
