Hereby I would like to start collecting mistaked in the UM10912 users manual. Here is the first one:

Chapter 35.7.11.1 (Initializing DMA), Step 9, see corrections in red:

Start the receive and transmit DMAs by setting SR (bit 0) of the
DMA_CH0_RX_CTRL, DMA_CH1_RX_CTRL and ST (bit 0) of the
DMA_CH0_TX_CTRL, DMA_CH1_TX_CTRL register.

Chapter 35.7.11.5 (Stopping Starting transmission), see corrections in red:

4. Disable the receive DMA, after making sure that the data in the Rx FIFO is transferred
to the system memory (by reading the appropriate bits of MTL RxQ0 debug register
Table 834, PRXQ=0 and RXQSTS=00).
