SATA interface design

I need to design a board with ethernet,SATA,USB interfaces.which one i should go CortexM4 or processor model.This will be used for data storage.

There are none of NXP Cortex-M core MCU integrates the SART controller, however the PowerQUICC™ Processors are able to do.
