Current in Power-down mode

I test example for LPC812 and LPC824 (LPCXpresso) periph_wkt. Current it cca 300uA in power-down mode. I tried to turn off the BOD power. No more significant result. What must be turned off? To reach the declared current (less than 1uA)? Thank you for your impulse. Jiri Svabik
