LPC1820FBG100 is always boot fail

Dear Sir,

We have a boot up problem. Our project is use the LPC1820FBG100, the power source is from USB VBUS.

I take USB cable plug in and plug out repeatedly.

Our sample boards are always boot up fail. The failure rate is 5~6 / 10 time. Each board have different fail rate.

H/W setting , boot mode is SPIFI.

Our behavior is boot code copy from external SPI Flash and execute code on internal RAM.

Is it a known issue? How can we do anything?
