    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Rich,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the system oscillator is not used, connect XTALIN and XTALOUT as follows: XTALIN can be left floating or can be grounded (grounding is preferred to reduce susceptibility to noise).
