Problem in "Periph_SDMMC" example code for LPC 43S67

I built the periph_SDMMC code and selected my board LPC43s67, I set the memory configuration, I also set Debugging to SWD.

After all this i tried programming LPC43s67 it Programmed successfully once,

After that i tried debugging it again with same "periph_sdmmc"and other example projects also but now,

always error will come Error " Debug failed. Cannot Halt Processor"

I am using LPC43s67

What should i do now?
