We are using ISP/bootrom reprograming.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI style="color: #000000; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;For&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;IOCONFIG block (0x40044000) can it be accessed through the ISP “Write to RAM” command.&amp;nbsp; We would like to change the pull-up on pio1_5 to a pull down during programming, but the pin uses its default configuration(input/pull-up) when we reset the processor to enter ISP mode.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Paul,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.- When I perform an IAP erase and program of all sectors at 12 MHz I measure a total device current of 3.20 mA (3.3 v). I don’t expect the total current to vary a lot from the datasheet typical numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.- It can't be accessed, if you attempt to write an address other than RAM using the "Write to RAM" command you will receive a SRC_ADDR_NOT_MAPPED return code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope it helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Carlos Mendoza&lt;BR /&gt;Technical Support Engineer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
