HI,

As i am trying to write IAP for firmware upgradation on LPC11UXX, found difficulty in jumping to the new user application.As there is no VTOR register is available (for Cortex-M0), trying with SYSMEMREMAP register (for remap Vector table). Though it is not working fine.

I think that the following application note might be helpful for you, it explains the In-Application Programming capabilities of the LPC11U6X and also provides guidance to interrupt handling during flash IAP calls:
