    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi supporters,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;we have a customer who is designing LPC3250 with samsung NAND flash whose part number is K9F4G08F&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but failed to access it, I read its datasheet, K9F4G08F is a SLC 4Gbit NAND flash but LPC3250 datasheet says it only support MLC NAND flash with up to 2Gbit flash size.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="pastedImage_1.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/6732i05980F2FEA5425DF/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="pastedImage_1.png" alt="pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my question is can LPC3250 support this SLC 4Gbit NAND flash?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks James &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; the ref.design of EA, it uses K9F1G08U0A-P which is a 1Gbit NAND flash, not 4Gbit flash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would you please to suggest a 4Gbit NAND flash to me? thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
