Hello All.

I'm looking for any example for LPC43 BGA PCB. I'll find how may layers I need, what is minimal VIA size.

Hi!
There are no specific rules for the LBGA256 package.
The minimal VIA size depends on your PCB maker.The board I have designed more than one year ago has four layers, MCU viases are 0.2mm and a minimal track is 0.12mm. My PCB provider can do up to 0.05mm dia vias. But I used the solderpad 0.40mm instead of recommended 0.45mm for the LBGA256.
