I looked back at LPCOpen 2.02 for the NGX Explorer and found a USB host project, which I need.
I do not see host at all in 2.12, or any other version for that matter except 2.02.

there is some source in the LPC1830 LPCOpen 2.12 and it looks like some older code in the LPC1837 Dual USB Solution dev board example code.

So, is there a schedule as to when USB host will be brought back into LPCOpen, or am I on my own?

OK, very quiet. Quiet is bad.
I assume it does not work or not yet supported.
doesn't matter.
probably chancy to keeping both USB Host & Device pipelines full even with a dual core M4
perhaps an Cortex A5 or A8

Please let us know what host projects you are looking for. For NGX Xplorer 4330 boards there are three USB host examples (lpcusblib_AudioOutputHost, lpcusblib_KeyboardHost and lpcusblib_MassStorageHost) available in LPCOpen v2_12 package.
