lpc1768 revA Can't set the time, it just keeps changing. The oscillator, OSCF flag is not set. Configured RTC oscillator output on pin P1.27 and seems stable on scope and correct frequency. I have 2 other pcbs and have no problem. Bad CPU? Noise on power?

Have you used the RTC example available in LPCOpen ?

Please also check the load capacitors used.
