There we are interfacing external flash M29W640FB using EMC. we have develped secondary bootloader based on USB stick. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bootloader firmware is downloading the application image stored on USB stick and then after downloading it jumps to application image. If I repeat the same procedure continuously i.e get the image from usb and flah the code into internal and external flash then after some 6-7 retries, flashing the code into external flash is failed. That instance I observed that chip select of the EMC is not going low. it permanently ties to high level. Only after power cycle it gets recover.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Before jump to application code I have de-initialize the EMC by disabling the power of EMC in PCOCNP register. and in application image, EMC is again re-initializing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please guide me on tha same.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanx in advance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;With Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Shweta&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
