       I'm using 6 ADC channels of lpc2368 to measure currents in my project. The issue is, I have been facing regular failures of ADC channels over long run. After some days at site, the ADC readings are becomes 0, when I debug the hardware, i have observed that, some of the ADC input pins of LPC2368 are showing short to Gnd of Controller.

      The circuit block diagram is in the attachment. It has been a big problem to me, need to replace the controller every time when the failure is observed. Please suggest me how can I prevent these failures.

Every suggestion is appreciable.
