Difference between LPC Open and Library from lpcware git

Hello,

i am a little confused. Meanwhile i have two different libraries. One comes with Code Red Suite in the Example and is also here in the git:

http://git.lpcware.com//lpc43xx

The other is the lpcOpen.

It seems, that booth are made from NXP, but the name scheme and the folder structure are complete different. Currently i use the Lib from the git above.
But when i tried to use the USB Example, it doesn't work. So i tried to use the USB lib from lpcopen but this needs the

So, what should i use?? What are the Pro's and the Con's for the libraries?
