Programming FLASH via DFU error

Hello friends,

Recently I tried to download the code to the external flash using DFU programmer. I am using external flash memory "W25Q80DVSSIG". While downloading the program I see the error message in both output log and program log of DFU programmer. It says "Programming operational state is not valid" in output log and "SPIFIWRTIE fail: status 2000b at 80000000, size 00000800" at program log wind. I attach the screen shot of both the output and program log of the programmer herewith. Please help me regarding this.

I would guess that your device is not supported by the default algorithm. You will need to add support for your device. This is described in the algosw directory.

I look for algosw directory but couldn't find one. Is there any good documentation and example available regarding this?

Please help me regarding this.

It is in the directory with the LCT tool:
C:\Program Files\NXP\LPC-Link 2 Configuration Tool\algosw

Hi,

I look into the Keil project of the directory, there I tried to add support but with no success. I look into the internet but cannot find the help regarding this. Is there any documentation regarding this?

Hi, I couldn't add the device in the library. However I changed the flash memory to s25fl032P. Now it works.
