LPCOpen 2.20 for lpc15xx barely fixes any bug

After inspecting the newest release of LPCOpen i came across the following bugs which haven't been fixed:
- IAP entry function signature https://www.lpcware.com/content/forum/lpc15xx-lpcopen-compilation-warnings-iap-and-eeprom-apis
- PLL setting https://www.lpcware.com/content/forum/bugreport-lpcopen-208c-lpc15xx-configures-pll-incorrectly

These are only the ones I could notice from a first glance, but more might still be there.
Pay close attention, fellow LPC users!

There are (at least) 9 known and reported bugs in LPCOpen V2.08c (LPCOpen15xx) :O

V2.20 has solved 1 :~

Obviously this happened accidently :D
