Will I damage the target LPCLink-2?

How does this affect resetting. Via debug launch, via plug/unplug (target) USB cable.

Regards, Mike.

But since the XC6227 regulator has reverse current protection that shouldn't be a problem (no guarantees, please check schematics and data sheet for yourself).

Basically the target board will be powered when at least one of the power sources is available.
