Hi,

We have custom LPC4330FET180 based custom board. In this We used N25Q064A13ESE40E external flash.

Does this LPC4330 supports the above mentioned NOR flash for ROM booting ?

Does ROM boot having the support for N25Q064A13ESE40E flash ?

What is the ROM version is used in this LPC4330 and how i can check it ?

Hi Bhimesh,
LPC4330 will boot from Micron N25Q064A when both devices are powered(cold boot).There will be problem when LPC is reset and Micron QSPI flash is not reset and is in XIP mode.
If you have planned reset you can make N25Q064A to exit out of XIP mode and reset LPC4330.
