There is a LBGA and a TFBGA (beside LQFP).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Page 6 show a different temperature range and footnote:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[1] J = -40 °C to +105 °C; F = -40 °C to +85 °C.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But if this is the only thing, I don't know.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
