Hi,

during reading the LPC43xx Datasheet, i'm a little confused about the MII Interface.
If i'm right, the LPC4330FET180 has an MII-Interface. However the ENET_RX_CLK as well as the ENET_TX_ER Signal that is used for the external PHY is only avalable in the BGA256 package.

The question is now, how to connect the BGA180 version with MII-Interface to an external PHY?

Perhaps you have to use RMII on that package.

in the Datasheet (page 819) it is written:

For me the package TFBGA180 is ready for MII.
