We've tossed this idea around in the past and it was always a 'maybe', but never quite important enough to actually implement.

It might be easily possible to add a switch to allow loading alternate configuration files (so you can perform different auto-program sequences based on the configuraiton file you select, but adding individual command-line options for the many configuration options in the DFU Utility might take some time.

What do you need a command line verison of the tool to do?

We would like to have a much simpler interface (or a script) to give it to our production facility.
