I would recommend that RTCX1 be grounded since it is an input.&amp;nbsp; RTCX2 is an output, so it can be left open.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Paul&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
