What LPC part are you trying to program?
JLINK has a selection of configurations already available in the Segger install directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLinkARM_V429a\Samples\JFlash\ProjectFiles

hi, we are using lpc1788.
we can only find lpc1768 project file but it doesn't work.

You can use the LPC2478_EmbeddedArtists_1x16_CFI.jflash as a reference to get running with the LPC1788, see C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLinkARM_V429a\Samples\JFlash\ProjectFiles

The LPC1768 does not have external flash.

Hi,
Here is a J-FLASH file that allows programming of external flash connected to an LPC1788. Obviously you must rename the file and remove the ".txt" extension.
