I get the message "Device could not be powered up".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I get a connection to the microcontroller?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Please try to put the MCU into ISP mode and see if the debugger can connect to the MCU.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
