Attached you can find the IBIS Model for LPC177x, LPC178x for LQFP-208 package and the IBIS Model for LPC177x, LPC178x for TFBGA-208 package

Hi Soledad,

thanks for the replay, but I found the files for this two types at LPCware before.

We are looking for the TFBGA 180 Package.

Eventually you have or can generate one.
