hi,

I use LPC4370 + SPIFI Boot (SPANSION S25FL032) + ULINK2 + KEIL4.

There is one problem, RAM Debug is OK.

but, SPIFI Download and Debug is Problem...

Does someone know how I can solve this problem?

Don't send an init file for the flash utilitiy, just for the debugger.
As RAM debug works there is no generic problem for the debugger to get access to the ARM core, so the wrong setting for this init file is the only reason I could think of.

Could you please put device in to ISP mode and then try to erase device and download firmware after that?

I solved the problem well.

My critical mistake was the wrong ini file was used.

And the wrong util page setting.
