    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Content originally posted in LPCWare by Erez on Thu Sep 24 02:18:16 MST 2015&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Im using P1[17] as out_control for MM74HC573.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When i first connect the voltage or reset the system, i am getting voltage 2[v] ( ONly voltage above 3[v] means '1')&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is a big problem. i need the value to be '1' (or '0').&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How can i solves this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried some actions:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Disabled the P1[17]&amp;nbsp; ENET-MDIO option&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Tried to write directly to the register- no effect &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Tried to connect pull up resistor.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could someone help in this please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;By the way,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have already a system that works perfect when i use the P0[26] for outcontrol.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
