LPC2919 not able to program anymore

I am using an olimex LPC-P2919 board and since today, i cannot flash or program it anymore. I am using a Segger Jlink to flash it. I've tried to use the Tiny-H-Usb Tool to flash it, and since then it doesnt work anymore, not even the POWER-LED is on, only during i press the RESET BUTTON, or when i try to flash the Device.
After that i get the error "bad jtag communication write to ir expected 0x1 got 0x7"

I saw the FAQ to http://www.lpcware.com/content/faq/lpcxpresso/regaining-debug-access, and i hope that would help, but i cannot find a ISP Pin for the 2919 and i found in another forum, that the LPC2919, doesnt have it...

Is that true, if yes, is there another possibility to regain access to debug?
Its my second Board now who is in that mode, it would be great if i dont have to throw them away =)

I figured out that i am able to flash the Board with Keil, but not use the DebuggerMode in Keil. After the Flash, the Power LED works normal and the Code almost, too.
But if i am going then back to the IAR Workbench and try to flash/debugg, i get the same problem as before, connection Problems and LED goes out...

Somebody has a hint?
