My system crashes after QUI_init(). When I do not call the SysTick_Config function all works fine.
It seems that the interrupt jumps to a undefined location. When I do not use EmWin library, the sys_tick interrupt is handled OK.

Any idea ??

Try a later release? Nxp are shipping 5.24 now.
