Unresponsive to Programming

I was running debug mode on my LPCXpresso LPC11C24 Board when I started getting the above error message.

I tried debugging using an LPC-Link2 it didn't even appear on the list of debug options.

Also, the LED1 on the LPC-Link side of the board no longer lights up.

Anyone have any ideas what might be going on?
