How to configure Flash memory to use as a E2PROM to store my configuration settings?

Also, how can I access this configured portion of Flash to read and write my configuration settings?

For example:

Flash Partition 1: Size = 30KB

Flash Partition 2: Size = 2KB

Now How to access this 2KB partition to read and write?

I am using LPC11C14 and LPC open library in LPC expresso.
