License on sample code

I downloaded the sample code here

I want to try to isolate and adapt the USB CDC bit of it for use with gcc toolchain and provide my project sources under LGPL2.

However the copyright notice on the files says this:

Realistically, I downloaded this freely, it's sample code showing how to use your products, I take it nobody cares if I change it and reissue under LGPL2 as part of a project that uses your LPC11X24 parts. However the copyright notice says "All rights reserved", which conflicts with that understanding.

Can someone clarify that I am OK to do what I am doing (and preferably licence the sources correctly, eg, under LGPL or something more liberal)?
