The latest CMSIS-DAP image for LPCXpresso V2 and V3 boards, such as the LPCXpresso1549 is also provided as part of the LPCScrypt deliverables.

Information on the latest LPCScrypt release can be found at: LPCScrypt - Latest Release : v1.8.0

And more information includes downloads can be found at: https://www.nxp.com/pages/:LPCSCRYPT

General information on programming up the debug firmware can be found at:

LPC-Link2 Debug Probe firmware programming

And Segger's notes on using the LPCXpresso boards with their firmware can be found at:

https://www.segger.com/jlink-lpcxpresso-ob.html

I can't help you with using Keil tools or the Segger J-Link image, but I would suggest the first thing to do is confirm how your board enumerates inside Windows after you plug it in (in "Devices and Printers").

Regards,

LPCXpresso Support
